Review- Testing the Limits

Testing the LimitsTesting the Limits by Kira Sinclair

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Social worker Quinn Keller see’s the worst in life everyday, it’s an aspect of the world she’s accustomed to after losing both parents in a car crash and then her fiance to kidney disease. Unfortunately she isn’t prepared when the safe world she tries to create for her clients, turns on her. The only person she has to rely on, is her former almost brother in law, Jace Hyland.

Former Army Ranger, Jace, was prepared for anything; even to give up his career to help his little brother out when he needed a kidney. Unfortunately it didn’t help and the loss of his brother fueled his need to protect the woman his brother intended to marry.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was a little different from the other Blaze imprints I’ve read from Harlequin. It had a small element of suspense, but still soared high with the sexual attraction that is always an aspect from these quick reads.
